Labant constant temperature water bath is a multi-functional laboratory thermostatic device designed for diverse thermal processing needs. It is widely used for drying, concentration, distillation, and impregnation of chemical reagents, pharmaceuticals, and biological products. Additionally, it can provide constant-temperature water bath heating for various temperature-dependent tests. Safety & Maintenance Guidelines

Safety Precautions

Water Filling Requirement: Always fill the inner tank with water before turning on the power—never operate the device with an empty tank (dry burning will damage the heating element). The water level must fully submerge the heating tube.

Power Connection: Ensure the power supply matches the device’s requirements (standard: AC 220V 50Hz). Use a grounded socket to prevent electric shock.

High-Temperature Warning: Do not touch the inner tank, top cover, or hot water directly with bare hands during operation. Use heat-resistant gloves when adding water or replacing samples.

Emergency Shutdown: If the device emits abnormal noises, smoke, or the temperature exceeds 105℃, immediately turn off the power switch and disconnect the power cord. Contact professional maintenance personnel for inspection.

Daily Maintenance

Cleaning: After each use, drain the water from the inner tank and wipe it clean with a soft cloth. For stubborn residue, use a neutral detergent (avoid acidic/alkaline cleaners to prevent corrosion of the stainless steel surface).

Regular Inspection: Check the power cord and plug monthly for cracks or exposed wires. Inspect the inner tank for signs of corrosion or leakage—replace damaged parts promptly with original accessories.

Long-Term Storage: If the device is not used for more than 1 month, dry the inner tank thoroughly, cover it with a dust cover, and store it in a dry, well-ventilated environment to avoid moisture damage.
