Labant stainless steel electric water distiller heats tap water using electricity to produce distilled pure water. It finds wide application in various industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and laboratory electroplating.

The stainless steel distiller is mainly composed of three key parts: a stainless steel evaporator, a condenser, and electrical equipment. Each part has distinct features as follows:

• Evaporator: The evaporation pot is made of high-quality stainless steel sheets, manufactured through rolling, stretching, and advanced welding techniques. When the water level in the pot exceeds the limit, the water overflows automatically. A sealing device is installed between the pot body and the pot lid. Additionally, a baffle cap is equipped to effectively prevent steam from carrying water droplets, which could otherwise affect the quality of distilled water. Acidic or alkaline solutions can be used to thoroughly clean the scale inside the pot. A drain cock is located on the right side of the pot, enabling water discharge at any time.

• Condenser: Constructed from high-quality stainless steel sheets and widely used stainless steel coils, the condenser features a reasonable structure and high heat exchange efficiency. It is also easy to disassemble for cleaning internal scale.

• Electrical Equipment: The heating component consists of an immersion electric heating tube with a T4 copper sheath and a pure tin-plated surface. Installed at the bottom of the evaporation pot, this heating tube is highly durable.
